Enter your applicant

Have these ready. It takes about 5 minutes once you have them.

  • Applicant’s full legal name
  • Social Security number and date of birth
  • Current address, and previous address if they moved recently
  • The applicant’s signed authorization (required by federal law for every check)

Ordering a credit report? The applicant receives an email and approves the credit check themselves, which takes them about 2 minutes. Your report completes as soon as they approve, so let them know to expect the email.

Your card is only requested at your first order. The screen will say “No valid card on file”. That is normal for a new account, not an error.

That is fine. Your account stays open at no charge. Bookmark this page, and when you have a candidate or rental applicant, come back and order. Most customers finish their first order in under 10 minutes.

What will the report show?

Depending on the package you choose: nationwide criminal records, sex offender registry, eviction history (tenant), Social Security number verification, address history, and credit (with applicant approval). Results for most searches return within minutes; some county records take 1 to 3 business days.

Can I run a check on myself?

No. Our reports are for landlords and employers screening applicants with written authorization, as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Is the first-report price automatic?

Yes. New-customer pricing is applied to your account when you register; you do not need a code.
